1. Overview : Tesla Tooki Logistics operates a seamless shipping and delivery service utilizing a mobile application available on both Android and iOS platforms. Our service ensures timely and efficient deliveries managed through city-specific franchises. Both customers and drivers use the TeslaTooki app to facilitate and track deliveries.
2. Wallet Recharge System Customer Wallet: a) Customers are required to recharge their TeslaTooki wallet with a minimum of
INR 60. This wallet is used to pay for delivery services.
b) Driver Wallet: Drivers must maintain a minimum recharge of INR 500 in their TeslaTooki wallet. This is used for operational expenses and service fees.
3. Ordering and Confirmation: Once an order is placed via the app, the customer receives a confirmation notification. Upon confirmation, a standard fee, predetermined per trip, is deducted from the customer's wallet.
4. Delivery Process : TeslaTooki ensures that deliveries are smooth and efficient, tracked in real-time by our back-office team and supported by customer service. The status of the delivery can be monitored by both the customer and the driver through the app.
5. Payment to Driver After the order is fulfilled, the customer is required to pay the driver directly using the driver’s UPI ID or bank account. TeslaTooki does not facilitate or get involved in the direct payment process between the customer and the driver.
6. GST and Invoicing : TeslaTooki charges GST on all services provided. The company pays GST on behalf of both the customer and the driver, which is reflected in the monthly invoice issued. Detailed invoices are generated and sent to both customers and drivers at the end of each month.
7.Customer Support : For any issues or queries, customers can reach out to Tesla Tooki’s customer support through the app or via our helpline. Our support team is dedicated to resolving any concerns promptly to ensure a satisfactory service experience.
Amendments to Policy : Tesla Tooki reserves the right to amend this shipping and delivery policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through the app and will take effect immediately upon posting.
